With a background spanning applied research and business intelligence across multiple sectors, Ashley specializes in identifying the levers that drive performance, including designing KPIs and reporting frameworks, enabling organizations to realize meaningful improvements toward their objectives. She is a former university professor and held the position of Vice Chair of Digital Humanities at the University of California, Los Angeles for more than six years before starting her own firm.
